ST. PAUL, Minn., Aug. 16 -- Gov. Mark Dayton, D-Minn., issued the following statement regarding the deadline for publishing the Environmental Impact Statement for Enbridge's proposed Line 3 Oil Pipeline:
"In order to provide the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) with the best possible information on which to base its decision, I have directed the Commissioner of Commerce to extend the deadline for publishing its Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Enbridge's proposed Line . . .
