AMHERST, Mass., Aug. 16 -- The University of Massachusetts's Amherst campus issued the following news:
Phillipa Gill, assistant professor of computer science at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, has been named one of MIT Technology Review's "Innovators Under 35" for her groundbreaking work on Internet censorship and network security.
