According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Arkansas's water has dramatically improved. In a Thursday morning meeting in Little Rock, Governor Asa Hutchinson met with EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt during his visit to Arkansas on his national state action tour.
