LeTourneau University freshman biology major Nicholas Leonard of Kilgore, Texas, was awarded the 2nd place Orville Wyse Award for Outstanding Scientific Achievement for his research and presentation recently at the American Society for Microbiology Texas Branch Conference in New Braunfels, Texas.
