WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- The International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association issued the following news release:
A NEW scholarship program has been launched by the International Bridge, Tunnel and Turnpike Association (IBTTA) for current undergraduate students pursuing a degree in engineering; urban and rural planning; construction management; public policy/public administration or another transportation-related field.
