DOBBS FERRY, N.Y., Feb. 21 -- Mercy College issued the following news release:
President Tim Hall and other private college presidents met with The Journal News' editorial board to discuss Governor Cuomo's Excelsior Scholarship proposal. The plan would help cover tuition at public SUNY, CUNY and community colleges for New York state students whose families make under $125,000.
