FRANKFORT, Ky., Feb. 22 -- The Kentucky Auditor of Public Accounts issued the following news release:
Mike Harmon, Kentucky's 47th Auditor of Public Accounts, today released the results of his office's special examination of the Kentucky Horse Park.
