WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- The Center for American Progress issued the following statement by Topher Spiro, vice president for Health Policy, on President Donald Trump's executive order on the Affordable Care Act:
"This executive order on the Affordable Care Act appears to be meaningless campaign messaging. The law is not a burden to the 22 million Americans who would not have health insurance without it.
