RICHMOND, Va., Aug. 24 -- The Virginia Republican Party issued the following statement by Chairman John Whitbeck:
"The latest details emerging from the most recent set of Hillary Clinton emails are disturbing, to say the least. Big donors to the Clinton Foundation got special treatment at the Clinton State Department.
"This has all the hallmarks of pay to play, but in the current environment, any conclusions reached by the FBI would be suspect.
