WASHINGTON, Oct. 20 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Minnesota issued the following news release:
A Minnesota tax return preparer was indicted this week in federal court in Minneapolis for allegedly preparing fraudulent tax returns for nine clients. The indictment, which was filed in U.S. District Court, charges Christopher Fredrick Fenske with nine counts of preparation of false tax returns.
