CHARLESTON, W.Va., Oct. 13 -- The West Virginia Attorney General issued the following news release:
Citing the recent discovery that some mortgage loan servicers have submitted affidavits or signed other documents that appear to have procedural defects, West Virginia Attorney General Darrell McGraw has joined a mortgage foreclosure multistate group.
