PHILADELPHIA, Sept. 28 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania issued the following news release:
A seven-count indictment1 was filed today charging Alberto Leon and Arlene Hernandez-Perez with conspiracy to distribute and to possess with intent to distribute cocaine base ("crack"), distribution of cocaine base ("crack"), possession with the intent to distribute cocaine base, and possession of firearms in furtherance of a drug trafficking . . .
