LANSING, Mich., May 20 -- Lt. Gov. John D. Cherry, D-Mich., issued the following news release:

Lieutenant Governor John D. Cherry, Jr. today spoke at the Michigan Port Collaborative Spring 2010 Summit about the importance of Michigan's port cities for the state's economic growth and how port cities can thrive in the 21st century.
