Student athletes' academic performance in school suffers as a result of concussions, witnesses told the House Education and Labor Committee today.
A Government Accountability Office (GAO) report, conducted at the behest of U.S. Rep. George Miller, chair of the Committee, and other bipartisan lawmakers, found that concussions in high school athletes are widely unreport . . .
