MOREHEAD, Ky., Dec. 17 --Morehead State University issued the following news release:
Morehead State University's Phillip M. James, assistant director of alumni and constituent relations, has been named president of CASE Kentucky.
The announcement was made during CASE Kentucky's state conference held recently in Lexington. James will assume his duties Jan. 1.
He will succeed Ron Wilson of Western Kentucky University.
A two-time graduate . . .
