FORT COLLINS, Colo., Sept. 23 -- The city of Fort Collins issued the following news release:
Beginning the week of September 28th sections of Shields St. between Harmony and Trilby will be under construction. Due to lane shifts and lane closures along Shields St., travelers should expect delays and plan alternative routes. Intersection crossings and turning movements along the route will also be impacted. Detours will be posted.
