WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 -- Rep. Suzanne Kosmas, D-Fla. (24th CD), issued the following news release:
Today, Congresswoman Suzanne Kosmas (FL-24) voted in favor of the Unemployment Compensation Act of 2009, which will provide immediate assistance by extending relief for workers who are in danger of losing their benefits, including 27,359 Florida workers who would otherwise exhaust their unemployment benefits by the end of September, and 114,508 more Floridians whose benefits would run . . .
