WASHINGTON, Sept. 22 -- Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass. (4th CD), issued the following news release:
The Obama administration today announced that more economic recovery ("stimulus") funds have been designated for Southeastern Massachusetts.
Fall River and New Bedford will receive $1,232,852 and $1,228,020 respectively to fight homelessness. The funds are to be used to help provide short and medium-term rental assistance to help prevent individuals and families . . .
