BINGHAMTON, N.Y., Sept. 18 -- The city of Binghamton issued the following news release:
The project is the first the City has undertaken with funds from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA), which Congress passed earlier this year. Binghamton's many ARRA projects total more than $4 million, and include streets improvements, blight removal, new construction, and more.
