FAIRMONT, W.Va., Sept. 14 -- Fairmont State University issued the following news release:
In 2004, President George W. Bush signed a bill that designates each Sept. 17 as Constitution Day. Fairmont State University and Pierpont Community & Technical College plan to celebrate Constitution Day this year with several events.
From 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Alpha Phi Sigma National Criminal Justice Honorary Society is sponsoring a Constitution Table on the first floor . . .
