TEMPE, Ariz., Sept. 14 -- The city of Tempe issued the following news release:
Thanks to two grants from the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records, the Tempe Public Library will initiate new programs for parents and children in 2010.
Tempe received $38,000 for new books and materials. Funding also will provide a baby reading program, parent early literacy training workshops and Discover, Explore and Read, a science literature based reading program for c . . .
