SILVER CITY, N.M., July 21 -- Western New Mexico University issued the following news release:
Often referred to as the forgotten war, Korean War veterans will be remembered at the Western New Mexico University Museum's new temporary exhibition "The Korean War: Remembering the Forgotten."
A collection of military items and family heirlooms from Grant County residents, the new exhibition will have an opening reception on Monday, July 27, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. . . .
