WASHINGTON, July 20 -- Rep. J. Randy Forbes, R-Va. (4th CD), issued the following news release:
Congressman J. Randy Forbes (VA-04) is returning this evening from a one-day trip to the Guantanamo Bay detainment facility in Cuba where he was slated to examine the facility, determine its suitability for housing terrorists and conducting military tribunals, and review why the administration would prefer to house terrorists in the U.S. rather than at the current detention facility.
