WASHINGTON, July 21 -- The U.S. Department of Defense issued the following news release:
Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Gary Roughead announced today the following assignments:
Rear Adm (lower half) Ted N. Branch will be assigned as commander, Carrier Strike Group One, San Diego, Calif. Branch is currently serving as director, Information, Planning, Security Division, N3IPS, Office of the Chief of Naval Operations, Washington, D.C.
