TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Jan. 8 -- The Florida Department of Elder Affairs issued the following news release:
Florida Department of Elder Affairs Secretary E. Douglas Beach today praised three Department employees who found a man suffering from dementia who disappeared yesterday from a North Tampa assisted living facility. The three employees found the man sitting in damp grass outside the Department's Tampa office when they arrived for work this morning.
