TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Jan. 9 -- The Florida Public Service Commission issued the following news release:
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer service hearing on Tuesday, January 13, 2009, for customers of Peoples Gas System (Peoples). In August 2008, Peoples filed a petition with the PSC for approval of a $26.4 million permanent increase to its rates. The utility's last rate case was in 2003.
