ALBANY, N.Y., July 25 -- Former New York State Assemblyman Paul Tonko, the Democratic nominee in New York's 21st Congressional District, issued the following news release:
Paul Tonko, Democratic candidate for New York's 21st Congressional District, announced today that he has received the endorsement of Local 17 of the United Steelworkers in a unanimous vote. Local 17 represents steelworkers at Saint-Gobain in Watervliet and Lydall Manning in Green Island.
