PHOENIX, Oct. 27 -- The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for Arizona issued the following press release:

Kurt William Havelock, 36, of Tempe, Ariz. was sentenced today to one year and one day in federal prison, plus three years of supervised release, by U.S. District Judge Roslyn O. Silver. Havelock was found guilty in June 2008 of six counts of Mailing Threatening Communications in connection with an investigation into his threats to injure people in the vicini . . .
