HOUSTON, Oct. 30 -- The University of Houston issued the following news release:
Thomas L. Friedman, a renowned author and journalist who is a three-time Pulitzer Prize winner, will deliver the 2008 Farfel Distinguished Lecture and the Elizabeth D. Rockwell Ethics and Leadership Lecture at 7 p.m., Nov.17 in the Cullen Performance Hall. The lecture, which was postponed due to Hurricane Ike, is part of this year's homecoming activities.
