JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 27 -- The Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation issued the following news release:
Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation investigators, in partnership with the Duval County State Attorney's Office, arrested Stephen Varhall yesterday for unlicensed contracting. Varhall is accused of taking a total of $96,000 from consumers and has not performed any work.
