LAWRENCE, Kan., Aug. 29 -- The University of Kansas issued the following news release:
University of Kansas football fans who will visit Lawrence for this weekend's home opener should keep in mind that construction work on Interstate 70 could affect their travel plans.
The Jayhawks open the football season with a game against Florida International University at 6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 30, in Memorial Stadium.
