TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 29 -- The University of South Florida issued the following news release:
The University of South Florida Police Department (USFPD) has won a 2008 Chevy Tahoe after placing first in the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Law Enforcement Challenge. Known as the Ultimate Patrol Vehicle it features a one-of-a-kind emergency lighting system as well as other advanced equipment will be shown Sept. 3, at 11 a.m. at the Beard Parking Structure on the third level. . . .
