TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 23 -- The city of Tallahassee issued the following news release:
City of Tallahassee employees have worked through the night and are staffed today to respond to storm related issues. The City's Emergency Operations Center (Area Command) is in operation at the Tallahassee Police Department, with Fire Chief Cindy Dick serving as the incident commander.
