TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 23 -- The city of Tallahassee issued the following news release:
City crews are responding to impacts of Tropical Storm Fay across the city. Citizens are advised to stay off city streets due to flooding, blocked streets and other hazards. Recent forecasts have rainfall amounts higher than initially projected, now up to 16-20 inches.
