TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 23 -- The city of Tallahassee issued the following news release:
City crews continue to respond to impacts of Tropical Storm Fay across the city. The City encourages citizens to stay off of local roadways and take precautionary efforts, as significant flooding is expected to continue to impact the community. An update on city services is as follows:
