ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 18 -- The University of Central Florida, a component of the Florida state university system, issued the following news release:
The UCF Board of Trustees on Thursday approved a plan to purchase two unoccupied fraternity houses in Greek Park, subject to the financing details, and demolish the former Pi Kappa Alpha house.
The former Sigma Alpha Epsilon and Sigma Phi Epsilon houses would be renovated and then owned and managed by the university. Two . . .
