ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 28 -- The University of Central Florida, a component of the Florida state university system, issued the following news release:
University of Central Florida researchers are testing whether "Signal Ahead" markings painted at an Alafaya Trail intersection will help reduce dangerous red-light running.
In earlier simulations in a UCF lab, drivers were three times less likely to run red lights on roads with "Signal Ahead" painted . . .
