ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 28 -- The University of Central Florida, a component of the Florida state university system, issued the following news release:

The University of Central Florida Board of Trustees will discuss the creation of new degree programs in Digital Forensics, Technology and Applied Learning when it meets Thursday, Nov. 29.

The trustees begin the day with a meeting of the Advancement Committee at 8:30 a.m., which will be followed by a workshop from 9:30 a. . . .
