PALM BEACH, Fla., Apr. 28 -- The National Association of Chain Drug Stores issued the following news release:

Warren F. Bryant, Chairman, President and CEO of Longs Drug Stores was elected NACDS Chairman of the Board for the 2008-2009 term; Andrew A. Giancamilli, Chief Executive Officer of Snyders Drug Stores, Inc. was elected Vice Chairman; and Larry J. Merlo, President of CVS Pharmacy, Retail for CVS Caremark Corporation, was elected Treasurer.
