MESA, Ariz., Aug. 20 -- Maricopa Community Colleges' Mesa Community College issued the following news release:
Maricopa Community College students from Mesa Community College and Phoenix College have won their categories in national League for Innovation Literary Competition.
Andrew Gosse of MCC took first place in the essay category with "Embracing the Sirens." Janet Burruel of PC took second nationally in the poetry category for her entry "Mending. . . .
