TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 20 -- The University of South Florida issued the following news release:
University of South Florida Provost and Senior Vice President Ralph Wilcox announced today the appointment of Graham A. Tobin, PhD as associate vice president for academic affairs. The appointment is effective Aug. 25.
