ORLANDO, Fla., Aug. 20 -- The University of Central Florida, a component of the Florida state university system, issued the following news release:
To save water and energy, the University of Central Florida's two main dining halls will go trayless this week, just in time for the fall semester.
UCF Dining Services will remove trays from the Marketplace dining hall and open the new Knightro's dining facility on the east side of the Arena without trays.
