FORT MEYERS, Fla., March 4 -- The Lee County School District has issued the following news release:
Recently, the Region IV Skills USA competition was held in Sarasota and High Tech North again brought home the Gold, and in a BIG way. One HTN student won an unprecedented TWO Gold medals this year.
Kala Baron, and adult student in the Commercial Foods and Culinary Arts program, competed in the Commercial Baking competition and in the Culinary Arts Program categories. . . .
