KNOXVILLE, Tenn., May 8 -- Pellissippi State Technical Community College issued the following news release:
At 7:30 on the morning of April 14, Ella Ruggles, assistant professor of Video Production Technology at Pellissippi State Technical Community College, sat nervously at home at her computer.
