SAVANNAH, Ga., Aug. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Coast Guard, 7th District, issued the following press release pertaining to the Southeastern part of the U.S.:
The Coast Guard Captain of the Port has increased the port conditions for the port of Savannah and Brunswick as Tropical Storm Fay approaches the region. As of 2 p.m. this afternoon, Tropical Storm Fay was located south of Key West, Florida, with an anticipated track taking the storm over Brunswick . . .
