JACKSONVILLE, Fla., Aug. 20 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Coast Guard, 7th District, issued the following press release pertaining to the Southeastern part of the U.S.:
The Coast Guard is reminding boaters to stay off the water during Tropical Storm Fay because of several search and rescue cases during the storm in Central and Northeast Florida.
