TAMPA, Fla., Aug. 19 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Coast Guard, 7th District, issued the following press release pertaining to West Florida:
Based on preliminary survey reports and in consultation with the bar pilots, the Ports of Tampa, St. Petersburg and Manatee are open to commercial and recreational vessel traffic.
