WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Aug. 20 -- The South Florida Water Management District issued the following news release:
Tropical Storm Fay dropped an average of 5 inches of rain across the 16-county South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) between Monday and Wednesday, guaranteeing that the region will receive above-average August rainfall.
