WEST PALM BEACH, Fla., Aug. 21 -- The South Florida Water Management District issued the following news release:
Tropical Storm Fay left the South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD) with an average of about six inches of rainfall across 16-counties between Monday and Thursday morning.
