TALLAHASSEE, Fla., Aug. 13 -- Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
WHEREAS, the Honorable MICHAEL J. SATZ, State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, was previously assigned by Executive Order 06-213, amended by Executive Order 06-218, extended by Executive Order 07-171, to the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida to represent the State of Florida concerning the investigation and prosecution of Michael Eric Hawkins; and
